Soft and chewy cookies made with a box of cake mix and filled with Valentine’s day themed sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Each cookie is also stuffed with a chocolate Rolo. Everyone will love the delicious white chocolate flavors and chocolate caramel flavors.
The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the white chocolate chips and Valentine’s day themed sprinkles. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet, and place one Rolo on each cookie dough, cover with more cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Rolo Stuffed Cake Mix Valentine's Day White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Valentine's day sprinkles
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Rolos
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
- Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each cookie dough, and cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
