Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies made with a box of cake mix and filled with Valentine’s day themed M&Ms. Each cookie is also stuffed with a chocolate Rolo. Everyone will love the classic peanut butter flavors and soft and chewy texture and delicious chocolate caramel surprise in each cookie.
The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the M&Ms. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each cookie dough and cover with more cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Rolo Stuffed Cake Mix Peanut Butter Valentine's Day M&M Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Valentine's day M&Ms
- Rolos
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the M&Ms.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each cookie dough, and cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
