The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in Valentine’s day themed sprinkles. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each cookie dough, and cover with more dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Rolo Stuffed Cake Mix Peanut Butter Valentine's Day Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Valentine's day sprinkles
- Rolos
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
- Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each cookie dough and cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
