The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in Easter themed sprinkles. Place the cookie dough onto a large baking sheet. Place one Rolo on each cookie dough and cover with more dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
- Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each cookie dough and cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
