Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies made with a box of cake mix and filled with fun Halloween themed sprinkles. Each cookie is also stuffed with a chocolate Rolo. Everyone will love the delicious peanut butter flavors and chocolate surprise in each cookie.
The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with peanut butter, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in Halloween themed sprinkles. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Place one Rolo on each piece of cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough and bake until each cookie is fully cooked through.

- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each piece of cookie dough and cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
