The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
