The only five ingredients that you need is a box of yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, Christmas themed sprinkles, and Rolos. Mix all of the ingredients, except for the Rolos together until smooth. Evenly place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each cookie dough, and cover with more cookie dough. Bake until each cookie is fully cooked through.
Rolo Stuffed Cake Mix Christmas Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Christmas sprinkles
- Rolos
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Place one Rolo on each cookie dough, and cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
