The only five ingredients that you need for these cookies is a box of chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, peppermint extract, and Rolos. Mix all of the ingredients, except for the Rolos in a large bowl until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each piece of cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough, covering the Rolos completely. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and peppermint extract, and mix until smooth.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough, covering the Rolos completely.
