Quick and easy chocolate covered rice krispy clusters decorated into reindeer for Christmas. This makes such a fun and easy Christmas themed treat that needs no baking at all to make. They have a crispy texture that is similar to a crunch bar and delicious chocolate and peanut butter flavor. It takes just a few minutes to make this simple treat, and everyone will love decorating the chocolate into reindeer.

The chocolate chips and peanut butter are first melted in the microwave together until it is fully melted and smooth. Fold the cereal into the mixture, and drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto plates. Decorate the clusters with the pretzels for the antlers, chocolate chips for the eyes, and red m&ms for the nose. Let the chocolate clusters sit in the fridge until it is completely set.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup rice krispy cereal
  • pretzels
  • chocolate chips
  • red m&ms

Instructions
 

  • Place the chocolate chips and peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Fold in the cereal. Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate mixture onto a large plate. Decorate each cluster with pretzels, chocolate chips, and m&ms. Refrigerate until the chocolate has set.
