Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies filled with Reese’s pieces, and rolled in a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Giving the cookies a delicious snickerdoodle flavor. The cookies are also topped off with chocolate hearts for Valentine’s day.
The cookie dough is made like a classic peanut butter cookie, except for the addition of Reese’s pieces mixed into the cookie dough. Roll the dough into balls and roll each one into a dish of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet and bake until they are fully cooked through. Remove from the oven and top with a chocolate heart.
