Reese’s Pieces Monster Cookies

Soft and chewy peanut butter oatmeal cookies filled with chocolate chips and Reese’s pieces candies. Everyone will love these easy and delicious monster cookies made using Reese’s pieces instead of classic M&Ms. They are perfect to bake for any occasion.

The cookie dough is made similar to classic monster cookie dough, except for instead of M&Ms, Reese’s pieces are used. Roll the cookie dough into balls and place onto a baking sheet. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Reese's Pieces Monster Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Reese's pieces
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, oats, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix butter with peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the Reese's pieces and chocolate chips. Roll cookie dough into balls and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
