Soft and chewy cookies made with a box of spice cake mix and filled with chocolate M&Ms. Each cookie is also stuffed with a chocolate Reese’s peanut butter cup. Everyone will love the delicious spice cake flavors and fun chocolate peanut butter surprise in each cookie.
The only five ingredients that you need is a box of spice cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, M&Ms, and Reese’s peanut butter cups. Mix all of the ingredients, except for the peanut butter cups together until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough. Cover fully with more cookie dough and bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the M&Ms. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart.
- Place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
