The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of red velvet cake mix with quick oats, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough and cover with more cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

- 1 ( 15 oz.) box red velvet cake mix
- 1 cup quick oats
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- mini Reese's peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oatmeal, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough and cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
