The cookie dough is made similar to a classic peanut butter cookie dough, except for the addition of banana pudding mix and with chocolate chips folded into the cookie dough. Roll each cookie dough into balls and flatten slightly. Place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough and roll into balls. Place onto a baking sheet and bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Peanut Butter Banana Pudding Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ( 3 oz.) box banana pudding mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- mini Reese's peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, pudding mix, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix butter with peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Roll the cookie dough into balls and flatten slightly. Place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough and roll into a ball. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
