Easy peanut butter cookies made from a box of confetti cake mix and stuffed with a mini Reese’s peanut butter cup inside of each cookie. Everyone will love the delicious peanut butter flavors and fun chocolate peanut butter cup surprise in each cookie.
The only five ingredients that you need is a box of confetti cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, vegetable oil, and mini Reese’s peanut butter cups. Mix all of the ingredients, except for the peanut butter cups in a large bowl until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one peanut butter cup on each piece of cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough and bake until each cookie is fully cooked through.

- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
