Soft and chewy chocolate cookies made with a box of chocolate cake mix and filled with Christmas themed M&Ms. Each cookie is also stuffed with mini Reese’s peanut butter cups. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture and delicious chocolate and peanut butter surprise in each cookie.
The only five ingredients that you need is a box of chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, Christmas themed M&Ms, and mini Reese’s peanut butter cups. Mix all of the ingredients together, except for the peanut butter cups. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Christmas M&Ms
- mini Reese's peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the M&Ms.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough, and cover with more dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
