Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies made with a box of cake mix and filled with fun Halloween themed sprinkles and chocolate chips. Each cookie is also stuffed with a chocolate Reese’s peanut butter cup. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture of the cookies and delicious peanut butter and chocolate flavors.
The cookie dough is made by mixing the cake mix with peanut butter, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Then fold the chocolate chips and sprinkles into the cookie dough. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one peanut butter cup on each piece of cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough and bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Cake Mix Halloween Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Halloween sprinkles
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- mini Reese's peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles and chocolate chips.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
