The only five ingredients that you need is a box of cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, Halloween themed M&Ms, and Reese’s peanut butter cups. Mix all of the ingredients, except for the peanut butter cups together until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough, and cover fully with more cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Cake Mix Halloween M&M Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Halloween M&Ms
- mini Reese's peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the M&Ms.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough, and cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
