The only five ingredients that you need is a box of yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, Halloween themed sprinkles and mini Reese’s peanut butter cups. Mix all of the ingredients, except for the peanut butter cups together in a large bowl until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Place one peanut butter cup on each piece of cookie dough, and cover with more cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Cake Mix Halloween Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles
- mini Reese's peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one peanut butter cup on each piece of cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
