Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Cake Mix Easter White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Soft and chewy sugar cookies made with a box of cake mix and filled with Easter themed sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Each cookie is also stuffed with a mini Reese’s peanut butter cup. Everyone will love these easy chewy cookies this spring.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the Easter themed sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough and cover fully with more cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Easter sprinkles
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • mini Reese's peanut butter cups

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
  • Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough and cover with more dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
