The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Then fold in the chocolate chips and sprinkles. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet, and place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough, and bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Cake Mix Christmas Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Christmas themed sprinkles
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- mini Reese's peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles and chocolate chips.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough, and cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
