Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookie cups filled with chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups. These easy cookie cups are perfect to bake for any occasion. They would be great to bake for when you have some leftover Halloween or Christmas candy to use up. Everyone will love the delicious chocolate and peanut butter flavors in these easy cookie cups.

The cookie dough is made similar to a classic chocolate chip cookie dough, except with the addition of chopped mini Reese’s peanut butter cups folded into the cookie dough. Evenly divide the cookie dough between a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Reese's peanut butter cups, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with sugar until fluffy. Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  • Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and peanut butter cups. Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
