Creamy white chocolate fudge with red and blue food coloring, perfect for memorial day or a quick treat for the fourth of July. This easy treat is made in the microwave instead of the oven, so there is no need to heat the house up. This fudge is fun to make, being layered in red, white and blue layers of white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk. It is the perfect no-bake treat to make this weekend for memorial day weekend. This fudge will stay good in the freezer in an airtight container for up to a month.

The base of this creamy white chocolate fudge uses a bag of white chocolate chips mixed with a can of sweetened condensed milk. To make the layered fudge, divide the chocolate chips into three different bowls. Working with one layer at a time, melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each until the chocolate is completely smooth. For each bowl, stir in 1/3 of the sweetened condensed milk and 1/4 teaspoon of the vanilla extract. For the red and blue fudge layers, add in food coloring to the melted chocolate mixture. Layer the fudge with the blue layer first, and let it set. Then the white layer fudge, after the chocolate has set, add the red layer on top. Sprinkle red, white and blue sprinkles over the fudge and refrigerate or freeze until the fudge is completely set. Cut into sqaures and keep the fudge in the freezer for up to one month.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (12 oz.) bag white chocolate chips
  • 1 ( 14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • blue food coloring
  • red food coloring
  • red, white and blue sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Place 1/3 of the chocolate chips into a microwaveable bowl, place another 1/3 in another bowl and the last 1/3 in another bowl.
  • Melt one of the bowls of chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring inbetween each one until smooth. Stir in 1/3 of the sweetened condensed milk and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract. Add in blue food coloring until completely blue.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture into a 8-inch baking dish. Let set. Melt another bowl of chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals until smooth. Stir in another 1/3 of the sweetned condensed milk and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pour mixture over the blue chocolate. Let chocolate set.
  • Melt the remaining bowl of chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring inbetween each one until smooth. Stir in the remaining sweetened condensed milk, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract and red food coloring. Stir until completely red.
  • Pour mixture over the white chocolate and let set. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set. Cut into squares and store in the freezer in airtight containers.
