The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of brownie mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Roll the dough into balls and roll each one into a dish of the sanding sugars. Place the cookie onto a baking sheet and bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Red, White and Blue Brownie Mix Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box brownie mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- red, blue and white sanding sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Place each sanding sugar in a shallow dish.
- Roll the brownie cookies into balls and roll each in one of the sugars. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
