Red Velvet White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- red food coloring
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Add in the red food coloring, and mix until it is fully red.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips. Use a cookie scoop to place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
