Divide the cookie dough between the pretzels, and sandwich with more pretzels. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Dip each pretzel bite into the melted chocolate. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoons milk
- red food coloring
- pretzels
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Place the flour and cocoa powder into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave for about 40 seconds. In a large bowl, combine butter with sugar until fluffy. Add in vanilla extract and milk, and mix until smooth.
- Add in the flour mixture, mix until a thick dough forms. Add in the red food coloring, and mix until it is fully red. Divide the dough between pretzels, and sandwich with another pretzel.
- Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Dip half of the pretzel bites into the melted chocolate. Set onto plates, and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
