The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of red velvet cake mix, quick oats, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet and bake until they are fully cooked through. Remove from the oven, and place one chocolate heart on each cookie.
