Soft and chewy cookie bars made with a box of red velvet cake mix and filled with butterscotch baking chips. Everyone will love the soft and chewy cookie bars with delicious red velvet and butterscotch flavors. They make the perfect and easy treat for any holiday or occasion.

The only four ingredients that you need is a box of red velvet cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and butterscotch baking chips. Mix all four ingredients together until smooth. Evenly press the cookie dough into a baking dish, and bake until the center comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box red velvet cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup butterscotch baking chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the butterscotch baking chips.
  • Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
