• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• red food coloring

Method

 

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add in eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
2. Add in the red food coloring and mix until it is fully red. Evenly divide the brownie batter between the prepared muffin pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
