Ranch Mac and Cheese Biscuit Bites

Creamy and cheesy mac and cheese seasoned with a packet of ranch seasoning mix. The mac and cheese is stuffed into canned biscuit dough, and rolled into balls. Everyone will love these easy cheesy fun biscuit bites stuffed with a creamy and cheesy mac and cheese.

The mac and cheese is first made with a classic cheddar cheese sauce, that is seasoned with ranch seasoning mix. Mix the sauce with cooked pasta. Place a small amount of the mac and cheese on each biscuit. Roll into a ball, sealing the ends tightly. Place onto a greased baking sheet, and bake until the tops of the biscuits are golden browned.

Ranch Mac and Cheese Biscuit Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz. elbow pasta
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 ( 1 oz.) packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans biscuit dough

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add in the flour and ranch seasoning mix. Cook for a minute until browned.
  • Pour in the milk and cheese. Continue to cook over medium heat, while whisking until the cheese has fully melted and the sauce has completely thickened.
  • Mix the sauce with the pasta. Separate the biscuit dough into biscuits. Place a small amount of mac and cheese on each biscuit, and roll into a ball.
  • Place the biscuits onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
