Pretzel White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Soft and chewy sugar cookies filled with pretzels and white chocolate chips. Everyone will love these easy sweet and salty cookies for a delicious treat to bake for just about any occasion.

The cookie dough is made like a classic sugar cookie dough, except for the addition of crushed pretzels and white chocolate chips. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Pretzel White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  2. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the pretzels and white chocolate chips. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
