The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of pineapple cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies, and roll the cookie dough into balls. Roll each one into a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box pineapple cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
- In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll into the cinnamon sugar mixture, place them onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
