Peanut Butter St. Patrick’s Day Reese’s Cup Bark

Easy chocolate and peanut butter bark for St. Patrick’s day topped with chopped up mini Reese’s peanut butter cups. Everyone will love the delicious chocolate and peanut butter flavors for a fun no-bake treat this St. Patrick’s day.

The white chocolate chips and peanut butter are melted together in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in the food coloring and spread onto a baking dish. Top with peanut butter cups and let sit until it is completely set. Break into pieces and store in the fridge until serving.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • green food coloring
  • Reese's peanut butter cups, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place chocolate chips and peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in the food coloring.
  • Spread the mixture onto a baking dish and top with peanut butter cups. Let sit until it is completely set.
