Soft and chewy chocolate brownies filled with a delicious peanut butter flavor, and baked over graham crackers. The brownies are then topped with mini marshmallows. They have all of the delicious flavors of a s’mores with the soft and chewy texture of brownies. They make the perfect easy treat this summer.
The brownie batter is made like a classic brownie batter, except for the addition of peanut butter. Bake the brownies over graham crackers in a baking dish. After the brownies are fully cooked through, remove from the oven, and top with mini marshmallows. Bake for just a few more minutes to lightly brown the marshmallows.
Peanut Butter S'mores Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- graham crackers
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add in the eggs, melted butter, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Place a layer of graham crackers in the bottom of a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Pour batter over the graham crackers. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with marshmallows. Bake for another 5-10 minutes.
