The only four ingredients that you need is butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar and chocolate chips. The butter is mixed with peanut butter and powdered sugar until a thick dough forms. Form the mixture into small disc shapes and set onto a plate. Freeze the peanut butter mixture while you melt the chocolate. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Fully coat each peanut butter disc in the melted chocolate. Set them onto a large plate, and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
Peanut Butter Patties
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2-3 cups powdered sugar
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix butter and peanut butter until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar, and mix until a thick dough forms. Form the dough into bite sized discs.
- Place onto a large plate, and freeze for at least 20 minutes. Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Fully coat each peanut butter patty into the melted chocolate. Set onto a large plate, and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
