Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies filled with chocolate m&m candy. These quick and easy cookies are a fun twist on a classic peanut butter cookie. The added chocolate from the m&ms goes perfectly with the peanut butter flavor in these cookies. They are the perfect cookies for just about any occasion, or just as a sweet treat that you can make with your family.
The dough for these cookies is made just like a classic peanut butter cookie dough, except with the addition of chocolate m&ms. You can use any flavor of m&ms that you like, such as peanut m&ms, or Christmas-themed. The candy is folded into the peanut butter cookie dough, and then it is rolled into balls. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through in the center. Let them cool completely on a cooling rack before serving.
