Soft and chewy peanut butter cookie pie filled with tons of chocolate chips and M&Ms candy. This quick and easy peanut butter M&M cookie pie makes the perfect dessert for just about any holiday or occasion. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture, and the delicious chocolate and peanut butter flavor. Serve topped with whipped cream or ice cream.

The cookie dough is easy to make, it is started like a classic peanut butter cookie dough, then chocolate chips and M&Ms are folded into the cookie dough. Press the cookie dough evenly into a greased round 9-inch pie plate. Bake until the center of the pie comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into slices and serving.

Peanut Butter M&M Cookie Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup M&Ms

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter and both sugars until fluffy.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and M&Ms.
  • Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased round 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
