Peanut Butter Marshmallow Truffles

Quick and easy peanut butter truffles made with marshmallow cream. Everyone will love the delicious peanut butter, marshmallow and chocolate flavors together in these quick and easy candies. These make the perfect no bake dessert for just about any holiday or occasion.

The only five ingredients that you need is butter that is softened, peanut butter, marshmallow cream, powdered sugar, and a bag of chocolate chips. Mix all of the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips together until a thick dough forms. Form the mixture into balls and set onto a plate. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Fully coat each truffle in the mixture and set onto plates. Let sit until it is completely set.

Peanut Butter Marshmallow Truffles

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow cream
  • 3-4 cups powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together butter, peanut butter, and marshmallow cream until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar until a thick dough forms.
  • Roll the mixture into balls and set onto a plate. Freeze for at least 20 minutes. Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Coat each peanut butter ball in the mixture and set onto a plate. Let sit until it is completely set.
