Easy three ingredient no-bake treat with peanut butter and marshmallows. This quick and easy candy takes only 5 minutes of hands on cooking, while the rest of the time it sets in the fridge. Delicious fluffy marshmallows covered in a peanut butter and white chocolate coating. These easy treats would be great for holiday baking or for an easy treat that you can make with kids. You can store these marshmallow bars in the fridge for up to two weeks, or you can store them in the freezer for longer.
The only three ingredients that you need for these no-bake bars are peanut butter, white chocolate and mini marshmallows. For the chocolate, I used white chocolate bars but any other type of chocolate will work in these such as milk chocolate or semi sweet chocolate. Place peanut butter and chocolate into a microwaveable bowl. Melt the chocolate and peanut butter together in 30 second intervals, stirring after each until completely smooth and melted. Fold in mini marshmallows into the peanut butter and chocolate mixture, evenly coating all of the marshmallows. Spread the mixture out into a large baking dish. Refrigerate until the chocolate has set, about 30-60 minutes. Cut into either squares or bars.
