Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place powdered sugar into a shallow dish. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mic butter with peanut butter and sugar until smooth.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla extract, mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until a thick dough forms.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll into the powdered sugar. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
