Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- red and green sprinkles

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix together butter, peanut butter and both sugars until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture and mix until it is fully combined.
- Place each sanding sugar into a shallow dish. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll into the sugars. Place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart and bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and top each one with a chocolate kiss.
