Soft and chewy peanut butter cookie cups topped with chocolate. These are just like classic peanut butter blossom cookies, but made in cup form, making these cookie cups perfect for serving to a group of people. Everyone will love the classic flavor combination of peanut butter and chocolate together. These are perfect for baking for any occasion or holiday.

The cookie dough is made just like a classic peanut butter cookie dough. Evenly divide the cookie dough between a paper lined muffin tin. And bake until the center of each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick. Place one unwrapped chocolate kiss on each cookie cup, and let cool completely before serving.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  • Add in egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven, and top each cookie cup with one chocolate kiss.
