Peanut Butter Banana Pudding Chocolate Chip Heart Blossom Cookies

Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies made with a box of banana pudding mix and filled with chocolate chips. Each cookie is also stuffed with a heart shaped chocolate. Everyone will love these easy and delicious peanut butter cookies this Valentine’s day.

The cookie dough is made similar to a classic peanut butter cookie dough, except for the addition of banana pudding mix and chocolate chips mixed into the cookie dough. Roll the dough into balls and place onto a baking sheet. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Remove from the oven, and top each one with a chocolate heart.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ( 3 oz.) box banana pudding mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • chocolate hearts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk flour with pudding mix, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix butter with peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven, and place one chocolate heart on each cookie.
