Peanut Butter Banana Pudding Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ( 3 oz.) box banana pudding mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk flour with pudding mix, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix together butter with peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add in egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Roll the cookie dough into balls and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
