Peanut Butter Banana Pudding Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Soft and chewy peanut butter cookie bars filled with a box of banana pudding mix and chocolate chips. The soft and chewy cookie bars have the delicious flavors of peanut butter, banana, and chocolate. Everyone will love these easy bars for any occasion.

The cookie dough is made similar to a classic peanut butter cookie dough, except for the addition of banana pudding mix and chocolate chips. Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased square baking dish. Bake until the cookie bars comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.

Peanut Butter Banana Pudding Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ( 3 oz.) box banana pudding mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, pudding mix, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix together butter, peanut butter, and both sugars until fluffy.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
