Warm bread sticks with a crispy parmesan crust with a little spice to it. These bread sticks use pizza dough to create crisp bread sticks that are perfect for pasta night or to add to some homemade pizza. They are brushed with melted butter and sprinkled with a parmesan cheese and herbb mixture. A little bit of red pepper flakes are added to the seasoning to add some spice to bread sticks. They taste just like what you would get at a pizza restaurant. Serve with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.

The bread sticks are started with homemade pizza dough. Although if you are short on time, you can use pre made pizza dough. After the dough has risen, deflate it and divide it into 2 equal sized balls. Roll each half of the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface and cut into even strips. Place the bread sticks onto greased baking sheets. Evenly brush each bread stick with melted butter. In a small bowl, combine the grated parmesan cheese with all of the seasonings. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the bread sticks. Bake until the bread sticks are lightly browned.
