The cookie dough is made like a classic sugar cookie dough, except for the addition of dry vanilla pudding mix. Add in pink food coloring and roll the cookie dough into balls. Flatten slightly and place one Oreo cookie on each cookie dough. Roll into balls and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Oreo Stuffed Valentine's Day Pudding Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ( 3 oz.) box vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pink food coloring
- Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, pudding mix, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- Add in the flour mixture and mix until it is fully combined. Add in food coloring and roll cookie dough into balls and flatten slightly. Place one Oreo cookie on each cookie dough and roll into balls. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
