The only four ingredients that you need for these cookies is a box of strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and Oreo cookies. Mix the strawberry cake mix with the eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie onto each piece of dough, and cover with more cookie dough to cover the Oreo cookie fully. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Let cool completely on a cooling rack before serving.

- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Use a cookie scoop to place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie onto each piece of cookie dough, and cover with more cookie dough.
