The only five ingredients that you need is a box of spice cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, butterscotch baking chips, and Oreo cookies. Mix all of the ingredients except for the Oreo cookies together in a large bowl until smooth. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Place one Oreo cookie on each piece of cookie dough and cover with more dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Oreo Stuffed Spice Cake Mix Butterscotch Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box spice cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup butterscotch baking chips
- Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the butterscotch baking chips.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each piece of cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
