The cookie dough is made like a classic peanut butter cookie dough, except for the addition of chocolate chips and with a chocolate Oreo cookie stuffed inside of each cookie. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet and bake until they are fully cooked through.
Oreo Stuffed Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix together butter, peanut butter and both sugars until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- Add in the flour mixture and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls and flatten slightly. Place Oreo cookies onto each cookie dough and roll into a ball. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
